Integral Women in Leadership 2021
This year, by popular demand from the resource sector, for example Chevron, we’re running The Integral Women in Leadership program (IWIL). A 12 month immersion where you gain insight into who you truly are and can be as a leader.
The program includes individual and group coaching throughout the year with a three day offsite leadership immersion program. During the program you complete a PRINT – a diagnostic tool designed to uncover unconscious motivators and how to leverage your best self at work and in life. You will also undergo development using the Integral Leadership Profile 360° feedback survey which gives you a personal development plan to work on over the duration of the12-month program.
At the end of the 12 months, the you will have had the chance to immerse yourself in a series of events that will shape your professional and personal development. Irrespective of your role, the ability to lead self, others and change is an essential ingredient in achieving career success and promote wellbeing.
