Coaching Programs
for School Leaders
Using the latest research and technology we provide affordable online leadership & team development programs to help school leaders thrive.
Meaningful Change
& Measurable Outcomes
Our programs are designed to create lasting change - helping to develop leadership skills, improve team collaboration and support wellbeing. With an NPS of 40 our online programs are as, or more, effective as face-to-face programs.
Leadership Skills
& Team Collaboration
We work with school teams to help develop strong leaders and good management skills within their organisation. Research shows 1-on-1 coaching is one of the most powerful methods to build leadership skills and ensure long-term behaviour change.
Mindfulness & Wellbeing
We recognise that individual resilience and wellbeing are imperative to ensure high functioning teachers and leaders. Our programs and coaches focus on supporting your team’s personal wellbeing - using mindfulness based practices to build personal resilience.
Education Sector Experience.
Over the last 6 years Integral has worked closely with both the West Australian Department of Education and the Catholic Education Office developing 500+ school leaders at all levels - from Principals to support staff, in both primary and secondary schools.
Program Features
Our education-specific leadership & team development programs are highly personalised and include 1-on-1 coaching, unlimited email coaching, individual development plans, nudges, micro-learning, 360º feedback, and a program outcome evaluation.
Flexible Online Programs for Any Size
Our programs are extremely flexible for participants. 1-on-1 coaching means you avoid group scheduling issues and participants can progress at their own pace. Whether for one leader or a team of one hundred our coaching programs can support you.
Personalised Development Plans
At the start of each program participant’s work with their coach to identify development areas, specific goals, and design individual development plans. Plans are informed by the strengths and weaknesses identified in the 360º feedback and aligned with your school’s goals.
360º Feedback for Educators
Our Empowerment Impact 360º Profile for School Leaders (EIPSL) is designed specifically for the education sector and based based on the AITSL Professional Practices framework. Pre and post-program 360º feedback helps identify strengths, weaknesses and track program impact. Results are benchmarked against 500+ school leaders.
Regular Nudges
Research in behavioural science and preventative health shows that nudges (micro-targeted interventions) influence behaviour. Our weekly nudges via email encourage change and sustained improvement.
Curated Micro-Learning.
Our programs include weekly learning content – bite-sized videos, articles and tools – curated by each coach to ensure it is aligned with individual needs and development goals. Micro-learning, sent via email, is designed to be practical and take no more than 10 minutes a week.
Smart Technology + Human Support
With automated scheduling and engagement tracking our digital platform Able ensures your coaching program runs smoothly. All our programs are supported by a program owner, a program coordinator and our head of leadership development & coaching - Jill Dare.
“A key element of developing our leadership capability at Ashdale has been the EIPSL 360º feedback surveys and coaching provided by Integral. All our Senior Leadership Team have benefited from this insight into their leadership style and performance against the AITSL professional practice leadership standards. We’ve also held regular Professional Learning sessions focussing on topics such as coaching skills, difficult conversations, and time management, sessions that were tailored to our specific needs. Our leaders appreciate the investment in their ongoing development and as an Executive Team we have noticed our leadership group has become more self-aware, cohesive and collaborative through this time. Integral are easy to work with, engaging and always flexible in meeting our needs.”
