Heike  has been coaching and facilitating hundreds of frontline, mid - management and senior executives. Heike has  been coaching and training globally people from various cultural backgrounds. Heike has facilitated and coached on leadership development, team alignment culture, stakeholder engagement and communications. 

Background

Heike has worked as a PCC Leadership and Executive Coach & Facilitator for 20 years. Heike was working in corporates such as BMW and financial institutions such as City Index and E'TRADE and she uses her practical knowledge and vast experience in her leadership coaching and facilitation. She has globally and locally coached and facilitated in organisational development, leadership development, team alignement, culture and stakeholder engagement. 

Heike has helped many people transition into leadership roles, improve their communication skills with other stakeholders, team development, confident, motivation, change management and conflict resolution. Heike also supports people wellbeing and mindfullness.

What I Love

I am always curious. I enjoy learning about different cultures and peoples journeys. I enjoy travellling the world, trekking the Himalays or walking through the Amazon or walking the beautiful Australian beaches with my family, friends or on my own.
