All of our coaches are trained and qualified to coach at corporate level – over 95% of our coaches are members of the International Coach Federation with numerous holding Professional Coach Certification (PCC) or Associate Certified Coach (ACC) status
We offer both face-to-face and virtual leadership development coaching for your team. Our coaching programs are supported by our Able platform which allows for a structured and highly personalised micro learnings and nudges that ensure development continues between coaching sessions.
The primary task of our coaches is to facilitate and work with your participants to achieve what is important and useful to them and the organisation. We do this through a variety of coaching approaches.
