Overview

Integral has partnered with the People and Culture team at Perth Airport for over five years now and has worked with them in a variety of different programs including;

·       One on one coaching for over 60 leaders, ranging from mid level to Executive

·       Leader as coach training for more than 50 leaders

·       Executive team development using Print and Leadership Impact assessment tools

·       Mentor program training for both mentors and mentees

·       Participation in the Integral Women in Leadership program over three intakes

Participants from the Integral Women in Leadership Program have commented on how supported they feel, enjoying having a cohort of people that share similar challenges and struggles and with whom they can bounce ideas/approaches off. A couple have said how their individual confidence levels have been boosted and have said that they have started to reframe how they see their roles and potential career paths.

Manager feedback has been in large part noting a lift in confidence and willingness to step up while one manager said that his team member had changed her outlook and way of dealing with issues to be far more self-reliant.
