Sue brings extensive experience in professional services gained at Deloitte and KPMG. Initially qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Sue’s business experience spans strategic growth, stakeholder and client relationships, executive transitions, business development, account management, program design and management, and personal brand.
Background
I am a certified executive and leadership coach, a facilitator and consultant, who is passionate about empowering and developing people to achieve professional and personal success.
I bring a valuable blend of coaching and learning and development expertise, combined with extensive experience in professional services gained at Deloitte and KPMG in London and Sydney.
Initially qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, I then transitioned into more human-centred roles to follow my passion for developing people and businesses.
I empower my clients to advance their careers, enhance leadership capabilities, achieve goals, build confidence, and successfully transition into new roles.
In addition to individual coaching, I facilitate training programs, as well as exclusive small group coaching programs assisting female leaders to discover their purpose, build courage and start their journey.
My business experience spans strategic growth, stakeholder and client relationships, executive transitions, business development, account management, program design and management, and personal brand. Complemented by my learning and development and coaching expertise, I empower individuals and teams.
I established two iconic development programs supporting executive transitions and developing the next generation of ASX100 CFOs. I have also coached partners and teams to increase their impact and accelerate revenue growth. My responsibilities have included building a sales coaching team and managing a strategic accounts program. In addition, I have developed and facilitated numerous workshops and learning experiences.
I have experience working with, coaching and facilitating all levels of an organisation including C-suite executives and senior leaders.
