My Why

Having benefited from coaching during one of my leadership roles, I am forever grateful for the opportunity to grow and transform my way of thinking and being. I became a more effective leader, a more engaged parent, and more fulfilled overall as a human being. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of change and what it can do for a person and everyone around them.

How I Work

Combining my experience as a C-level executive with my expertise in coaching, psychology, and leadership development, I focus on understanding every client at a deep and individual level while acknowledging the systemic complexity of modern workplaces. My coaching style is energizing, results-focused, practical, and thought-provoking.

What I Do

My focus is on deep and transformative changes. I look for each individual's success factors, such as their unique strengths, talents, and qualities, as well as what hinders them, and work alongside them to find the changes they need to make. I do it all with care and curiosity. I like challenging my clients' ways of thinking, helping them grow, and watching them become change catalysts for the people around them.

What I Love

I love connecting with people and witnessing the transformative impact that coaching and positive change can have on their work and lives. At a personal level, I enjoy walking in the beautiful bushlands around Sydney. I also find joy from reading, travelling, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
