Juliet has over twenty-two years of experience in senior leadership roles in the workforce management, education and training, and health and community services sectors. Most recently Juliet was the Divisional CEO for Healthcare and Community at Australia’s largest ASX listed talent solutions company PeopleIn Ltd, managing a $100M P&L, 140+ internal staff and over 6000 on-hire health care professionals. As a certified organisational coach, change practitioner and entrepreneur Juliet is passionate about maximising the potential in individuals and teams to ensure business excellence.
Background
I am an experienced business executive with a passion for leadership development. My varied professional career includes working as a research associate for a prestigious Australian think tank, building a healthcare recruitment company from less than $200K in revenue to over $18 million, and leading the Health and Community Division of Australia's largest publicly listed workforce solutions company. I have experience in building highly profitable businesses, leading systemic and cultural transformation, and developing leadership capability in complex organizations.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in History, Asian Studies, and Archaeology, and a Masters of International Relations. I am a Graduate of the Australian Company Directors Institute, an IECL certified Organisational Coach, a Prosci Change Practitioner, and an Accredited Mental Health First Aider.

As Head of Enterprise Partnerships, I am dedicated to cultivating strategic enterprise level partnerships that drive mutual success and unlock new opportunities to deliver industry leading leadership development programs. My primary focus is on fostering collaborative relationships with industry leaders to co-create innovative leadership development solutions and deliver exceptional outcomes for our partners organisations.
What I Love
From traversing the bustling bazaars and ancient sites of Persia and the Middle East to scuba diving with sharks and seas snakes at the foot of active volcanos in remote Raj Ampat Indonesia, I have a deep passion for adventure and immersing myself in diverse experiences to learn and grow.
I am drawn to travel, scuba diving, paddle boarding, swimming, and bushwalking, which allow me to deeply connect with the beauty and potential of the present moment. I also cherish moments spent with family and friends, as well as pursuing hobbies such as cooking, painting, playing soccer and guitar, and delving into subjects such as neuroscience, philosophy, and personal development through study and reflection.
