Aggie brings her expertise working across strategic and operational contexts in higher education, health, non-profit and public sectors. She successfully led strategic and organisational cultural change, and organisational leadership development programs with leaders at all levels, more recently in NSW Health, UTS and Macquarie University.
Aggie is accredited in the Hogan 360 degree assessment, Leaderskill 360, Clifton Strengths and Cappfinity Strengths Profiles. Her background is in systems theory, change processes, Adaptive Leadership, and Lewis Deep Democracy processes for conflict resolution and decision-making.
