Meaveen is a credentialled executive leadership coach and facilitator with more than 20 years' experience across a wide range of industry sectors. She holds a master's degree in Coaching Psychology and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 1,000+ coaching hours completed to date. An engaging and dynamic professional, Meaveen is confident partnering with clients at all corporate levels, from emerging leaders to C-suite, to drive positive,sustainable change.

Background

I have been partnering with individuals and groups across the globe to optimise performance outcomes for more than two decades, my work spanning a broad range of sectors including education, state and federal government, healthcare, professional services, not-for-profit and FMCG. My extensive background in tertiary and vocational education has given me the opportunity to work with thousands of results-focused, high-performing international and domestic professionals in multicultural contexts.

As an executive coach and facilitator, I partner with clients to unlock leadership potential: developing vision, clarity and purpose, identifying key challenges and surfacing next-level solutions. My experience and empathetic approach ensure a psychologically safe space that fosters curiosity and innovation. Clients embrace new paradigms and develop the mindset, resilience and leadership skills to help them and their people thrive.

I have a passion for evidence-based best practice; my work with leaders focuses on leveraging strengths, values-aligned work/life integration, supporting organisational wellbeing and building quality relationships. The research is clear, these factors play a pivotal role in underpinning a legacy of sustainable change and lasting success.
