Most of our facilitators and coaches are either fully vaccinated or on their way to being fully vaccinated. For programs sold after 2022-02-01 we only allocate fully vaccinated staff to F2F programs. We’re all aware that new policies will mandate your learning environment and will adhere to wearing of masks, social distancing and room capacity requirements. We’ll design the program to suit you in this new world.

In case of lockdowns or restrictions, we’ll work with you in taking all coaching programs online to reduce disruptions to the learning and support your employees throughout unknown and turbulent times.
