Our 360º feedback profiles compare pre-program capabilities and post-program behaviour change, so you can measure behaviour change across your leaders.

Four (4) Major Functions of Leadership and Management: people leadership, performance management, strategic goal management and visionary/transformational leadership
Eight (8) Roles of Leadership and Management Processes: (e.g. coaching, directing, visioning, monitoring, facilitating, etc.). These 8 roles are based on the work of Robert Quinn’s 8 roles of leadership and management.
