Q. How confidential will my feedback be?

Your feedback report will be provided to you personally by your coach at your debrief session. No extra copies either electronic or hard copy will be produced or supplied to a third party. Your data will be kept in a secure electronic datafile by Integral. Your organisation or manager does not receive a copy of your report unless this has been agreed to before the 360 has begun.

Your coach will send you your report just prior to your scheduled debrief coaching session so that you have the opportunity to review the report before your discuss it in detail with your coach.

Whilst the sharing your feedback will be entirely at your discretion (unless an exception to this has been arranged prior to the 360), we do encourage our clients to share their insights and development plan with their supervisor/boss and/or other members of their team. These reports are often described as ‘discussion starters’ because they can enable discussions about your development that may not have otherwise occurred. Any concerns about this discussion can always be talked through with your Integral coach.

Q. What if my raters are concerned that I might be able to identify their individual responses?

The data provided in your LMP report is entirely anonymous. No report will be produced if there are less than three ‘other’ responses. The figure used in the feedback data is an average of these responses.

The open comments section does not give names unless individuals choose to provide this. However, the content of a particular comment may hint at who made it (it appears in the report exactly as written).

Q. What if I don’t have internet access or a work email?

If you do not have internet access at work, you can provide Integral with an alternative email address to which we can send your invitation email with its survey link (e.g. your home email address). Alternative arrangements can be made if necessary.

Q. What do I do if I click on the link and receive a message saying that the survey is closed?

Occasionally brief internet outages are experienced which cause this message to be displayed. Please try the link again an hour or so later and the problem will usually be solved. If, however, you get the message a second time, please contact Integral Development’s survey consultant by email or mobile. See contact details below.
 

Q. Can I check on the progress of my rater responses?

At this stage no. 

If you are concerned about the progress of your rater responses, you can contact the Coaching Coordinator. To preserve the confidentiality of your raters, we won't be able to share with you who has responded or not.
 

Q. How will I receive my feedback?

Approximately 2 weeks after you complete your survey, you will be invited to schedule a coaching session to review and discuss your feedback and complete your development plan. Some organisations also opt to have a group 360 feedback session, where a team can discuss their group feedback and also get their one on one report at this same time. The one on one debrief will also occur immediately afterwards in this instance.
