Integral Leadership & Management Profile (ILMP)
What is 360-degree feedback?
The 360-degree feedback is an opportunity for you and your colleagues to provide each other feedback. You will both evaluate yourself and receive feedback from your peers, managers and direct reports. We call them "raters".
The feedback is used for development purposes, summarised in a report which you and a dedicated coach discuss to create an individualised development plan from.
The value of 360-degree feedback
Gathers feedback from yourself as well as your peers, managers and direct reports.
Helps you understand how your behaviours impact others.

Provides a benchmark for assessing improvement.
Our 360-degree feedback tool
Integral have developed several 360-degree feedback tools, serving various industries or sectors. All 360-degree feedback tools are based on the Integral Model of Leadership and Management, a wholistic cross-cultural approach mapping human skills, abilities and behaviours based on Ken Wilber's work on Integral Theory and adapted to leadership by Dr. Ron Cacioppe, founder of Integral.
The Integral Model of Leadership and Management captures the skills and behaviours of high performing leaders and managers, identified by the four quadrants of contemporary leadership and management, the eight roles of leaders and manager and the core qualities of the authentic self.
The Integral Leadership & Management Profile (ILMP) is a 360° feedback process that provides feedback from managers, peers and direct reports.
The ILMP is based on the Integral Model of Leadership and Management (see diagram below). This model and the term ‘integral’ are derived from Ken Wilber’s work on Integral Theory and adapted to leadership by Dr Ron Cacioppe.
Dr Cacioppe used Integral Theory to identify the four quadrants of contemporary leadership and management, the eight roles of leaders and managers and the core qualities of the authentic self that underpin the skills and behaviours of high performing leaders and managers.
