My Why

I support people to work more effectively together so that they realise their potential for making an impact in the world. Experiencing professional relationships that work results in personal fulfilment and increases the capacity of organisations to achieve their mission.

How I work

My approach draws from organisational psychology, coaching psychology and team science and is underpinned by lifestyle medicine science for wellbeing and performance.  I see my clients as experts on themselves and their relational dynamics.

What I do

I help organisations get their teams’ design and supporting structures right to ensure better team work outcomes. I work with executives and senior leaders who want to work well with others and make a meaningful impact. As a coaching psychologist, I help people access their confidence and gain momentum to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

What I love

I love using my skills to work collaboratively with clients. Working with other people is one of the most complicated and also one of the most fulfilling things we do. The experience of being a trusted member of my client's team is something I love.
