Background

Bridget is an Executive Coach and Organisation Development Consultant who has significant international experience in supporting leaders across a range of industries including professional services, government, telecommunications, media, arts management, social enterprise, NFP and financial services.

Drawing on broad-based experience and expertise in human and organisational development, she enjoys partnering with clients to work systemically, building agility and resilience to maintain high performance and drive positive transformative change in the face of increasingly complex career, business and global challenges.

She blends traditional leadership development with embodied practices to support leaders to deepen self-awareness and develop their ability to navigate in complex and challenging environments. Her approach is informed by her research in the global political economy, organisational dynamics, adult development, leadership theory, somatic intelligence and neuro-psychobiology.

Bridget holds a Masters in Global Politics, a Bachelor (Hons) in English, Diplomas in Organisation Development, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is an accredited APMG Change Management Practitioner.

My Why

I’m passionate about catalysing new ways of seeing and enabling transformational capacity at an individual and organisational scale. I particularly enjoy supporting leaders to thrive in an increasingly complex world, lead with an open heart and mind, and play an active role in creating a sustainable and equitable global future.

What I love

I love being in nature (ideally walking/hiking), reading, live music and am a longtime yoga enthusiast.
