Claudia is part of the Engineering team, she's creative, dedicated, self-driven and very passionate about innovation. She loves to learn new skills and is keen to discover companies’ full potential by providing the best quality software and automating tasks.
Background
I had the opportunity to start working in software development before I even graduated from university, which allowed me to gain experience prior to getting a title. Over the years I've implemented software solutions in multiple industries including fintech, manufacturing production lines, health care and I've also been a teacher in Engineering. I hold a B.S. in Computer Science and a M.Sc. Information Technology. I've had a chance to work with teams and businesses all around the world for the last 7 years, implementing systems of different scales, environments, different languages and frameworks, which has allowed me to expand my range of knowledge and self-development.
My Why
I really like learning and through that, improve users' experience when using a platform or system for their activities for whatever end it is. To make their lives easier through innovation and automation allows me to be more creative and that gives me motivation and makes me happy. It's always a continuous improvement in the development world.
How I work
Brainstorm is very important as it allows you to know the approaches of the team, how they view the behavior the users would have, listening and asking the right questions is crucial to get a satisfactory result and sometimes it saves some time.
What I do
I develop new features for the Able Platform in order to make it more friendly for all users, allowing them to do more every time and also taking care of the feedback we receive in the Engineering team from which we plan new functions and modify others.
What I love
I love a great Sonorian Carne Asada, traveling, making puzzles, taking walks in the woods, a great cup of coffee in the morning, attending concerts, quality time with my loved ones, there's so many things in life to love.
