My Why
I’m passionate about having an impact, creating connection and being of service. I believe people are capable of amazing things and by collaborating, leading effectively and engaging positively with others we can change the world.
How I work
I like getting things done, being frank and fearless, and maintaining a sense of humour along the way.
“Hannah was excellent in the way she managed the whole series of events. She ensured that everyone spoke freely and that all were involved in the process, not just the executive team. She kept everything on track and in focus and did it all with good humour and friendly professionalism.”
“I have attended many such ‘visioning’ workshops in a variety of organisations over the last 25 years and this was the best. Hannah was just the right blend of encouraging and fun with a sturdy practiced skill set and warm manner yet at the same time she stayed focussed and kept us on track too. I would happily attend any workshop she presented.”
“Hannah was very direct and to the point. Made me aware of my style of personality. I thought Hannah was an excellent coach.”
What I do
I facilitate workshops, coach people at all levels from frontline to Executive, and provide advice to organisations wanting to improve and develop their capability. I enjoy love working with clients to design a process and experience that meets their specific need. I’ve facilitated everything from community engagement workshops to senior executive forums and Board strategy sessions, and delivered topic-based workshops including managing people, high performing teams, mindfulness, difficult conversations, creating positive culture, emotional intelligence, collaboration and communication.
What I love
I love reading fiction, being in nature, going to see live music, and my very comfy bed.
