I am dedicated to empowering leaders and teams to enhance business success by promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and sustainability. With a solid background in organisational development, I assist clients in overcoming intricate challenges and achieving exceptional outcomes.

My purpose is to cultivate adaptable, growth-focused change agents who possess a strong sense of purpose, vision, ethics, curiosity, and influence. These individuals are driven to create a positive impact in both business and society. I firmly believe that each corporate leader has a ‘force multiplier’ potential to shape our future and meanwhile must navigate through complex and volatile contexts.

Background

I have over 13 years of experience as a leader, facilitator and coach, working in diverse senior consulting roles in learning, leadership, and organisational development across sectors including financial services, state and federal governments, healthcare, research and innovation, technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and professional services. I’m on a mission to shake awake the hidden superpowers in people and organisations, tending to their growth.

I've developed a unique understanding of the complexities and challenges facing leaders. My experience working with top-tier firms such as Ernst & Young, Deloitte, ANZ, and Telstra has equipped me with a deep understanding of success factors for designing and delivering leadership development and organisational transformation.

I am an accredited coach and facilitator, with a Bachelor's degree in Pychology (Honours). I am currently undertaking a Master's degree in Organisational Change, Innovation and Leadership, and have certifications in various leadership diagnostic and assessment tools

What I Do

I help grow inspired, capable and well-connected visionaries who are prepared for 21st century leadership challenges and opportunities. As a coach and facilitator, my practice is informed by the latest research and evidence in leadership development, organisational change, and adult learning. I draw on my expertise in learning, leadership and culture development, talent engagement and team optimisation to deliver impactful results. I design and facilitate programs on various topics like coaching skills for leaders, adaptive leadership, social intelligence, and high performing teams, aiming to enhance self-awareness, engagement, strategic thinking, accountability and adaptability for leaders.

What I Love

I enjoy meditation, yoga, and living on the Surf Coast of Victoria for its beautiful beaches and wilderness. I love surfing, for the fun, mindfulness practice, and learning process.
