Lizzie is a highly skilled and experienced Executive Coach who works with senior leaders to elevate their leadership, through creating insights and solutions that accelerate performance and impact. Her approach to coaching focuses on each client’s unique orgnisational, leadership and personal growth goals, and she is recognised for her ability to build trust with her clients and quickly get to the heart of what matters.
Background
I have over 28 years’ professional experience, spanning careers as an economist, a management consultant specialising in people and culture, and a leadership development and performance coach.
Since 2010, I have coached many leaders and teams across a range of industry sectors including oil and gas, mining, professional services, engineering and construction, health and community care, utilities and public sector. I have also held senior leadership roles in both boutique and global consulting organisations where I designed and led large, complex projects.
My Why
My purpose is to support leaders, teams and individual contributors to optimise their potential, enjoy high engagement in their work and achieve the impact they seek, benefitting both organisational success and individual wellbeing.
I understand that in the fast paced, ever-demanding, continuously changing world of contemporary work and life, the opportunity to offer leaders a safe space to be heard, to think, to brainstorm, to download, to be themselves without judgement is a privileged role I play. If these leaders are able to bring he best of themselves to their people, their stakeholders and their communities, their impact is multiplied.
How I Work
I bring an inspiring and encouraging style, and a genuine passion for the development of others. I have a deep interest in what positive psychology and behavioural science research has to say about what enables people to thrive, individually and collectively.
I also draw on knowledge of organisational dynamics coupled with sharp commercial insight, to truly understand the complex context of client's unique business environments. I am proficient in a range of profiling tools and learning models which I use to support my coaching practice.

Team Performance coaching – working with new and existing teams on collective leadership, culture, purpose, alignment, to achieve the clarity, shared alignment, capability and teaming norms to optimise collective effectiveness and performance.
Change Leadership coaching – supporting leaders to to lead organizational change programs that drive business improvement and sustain employee engagement.
