Background

Marty is a trained engineer, a Green Belt project manager, accredited with the International Coaching Federation and has coached hundreds of leaders. Marty is passionate about helping people get clarity on their goals, health and wellbeing and creating personal transformation (oh, and Gaelic football).

Marty spent 7 years working as an Engineer and Project Manager for a global leader in aero-engines.  He has worked with clients on the world’s two largest capital projects and with Fortune 100 companies. 

Marty is a Chartered Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineer and (CEng IMechE) and holds an Association of Project Management Professionals (APMP) qualification.  He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and holds an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Executive & Organisational Coaching Certificate. Martin is also a MHFA Accredited First Aider.

I specialize in facilitating coaching conversations with my clients to get clarity on their outcomes; what beliefs, values and patterns have been preventing them from achieving their outcomes and help them create personal transformation at a deeper level.

I also specialize in the facilitation of strategic and operational planning, developing high-performance results-focused teams and implementing operational-excellence discipline.

Passions

Gaelic Football & Hurling:  Growing up in Ireland, Marty spent an inordinate amount of time playing Gaelic Football and Hurling.  He represented his county while living in Ireland and continues to follow his local team while residing in Australia.
