Background

I am a registered and accredited trainer and coach specialising in all aspects of leadership and management training. Supervisor and Superintendent development, safety leadership and creating high performance teams and cultures are part of my key expertise areas.

Through past experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, Client Relationship Manager and 20+ years in the services industry, I train and coach from a place of “hands-on”, real life experiences in leadership and management roles. Additionally, my accreditations in emotional intelligence, personality and strengths-based outcomes diagnostic tools, allow me to offer to my clients a broad spectrum of individual, team and organisational development options.

I possess an ability to build strong rapport and trust with my clients, quickly finding commonality and creating a psychologically safe space during both training and coaching initiatives.

I have had the opportunity to consult, train and coach with all the major mining companies across Australia, as well as a range of construction, engineering and METS companies operating within the resources sector. 

Passions

I am passionate and energised about passing on my extensive leadership and management knowledge and skills through my role as a facilitator, trainer and coach. 

I am also passionate about swimming into the Indian Ocean, every opportunity I can get.
