Client Director

Background

Phil is Integral's Client Director. He oversees all programs working with both clients and Integral's partners to create lasting impact and meet the required outcomes. He works with clients throughout Australia in federal, state and local government; mining, energy and resources; professional and financial services; defence; healthcare and not for profit sectors and has a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face within these sectors.

As an experienced leadership coach and experiential team facilitator Phil has a passion for supporting the development of others. He works with leaders, entrepreneurs, teams and individuals to optimise their personal impact, maximise their work engagement and perform at their best, benefiting organisational success and individual wellbeing. Based on his experiences as a British Army officer, Phil uses intent-based leadership, a process that makes everyone within an organisation (or team) understand their mission or task, and their specific role required to achieve it.

Phil has been running experiential-based team development and leadership programs for over 25 years in the UK, Europe, Asia and throughout Australia. He has also worked extensively in the events industry running multiple mass-participation events leading large teams of staff, contractors and stakeholders.
