Background

Sara has over 25 years of experience as a leader, facilitator and coach, working in diverse senior learning, leadership, and organisational development roles across sectors including financial services, insurance, telecommunications, and government. She is passionate about empowering people and organisations to achieve their full potential. 

She is committed to humanising organisational systems – integrating people and culture with change delivery. She has a significant recent focus on building leadership competence and confidence to lead in a change-as-usual business context.

Sara holds a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership, and a Bachelor of Adult Education (HRD), and is currently completing a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology. She is accredited in several psychometric tools and assessments.

I’m passionate about connection, impact and helping individuals, teams and organisations to thrive. I believe that people make the biggest difference, and that effective leadership and teams are what drives organisational success. 

How I work
I like delivering for and with my clients. I have a collaborative approach to designing and delivering solutions that are fit-for-purpose. I’m direct and curious, and focused on getting results. My personal style is warm, authentic and discerning.

What I do

As a coach and facilitator, I draw on my expertise in learning and organisational and personal transformation to deliver results. My practice draws on the latest research and evidence in psychological systems, management, neuroscience and adult development. I love to challenge and inspire leaders and teams to be the best versions of themselves. I’ve designed everything from Board Study Tours to frontline team leadership programs and facilitate both leadership programs and teaming workshops to help leadership teams both to thrive and to succeed. I’ve delivered workshops on topics as diverse as the neuroscience of change, change leadership, emotional intelligence, high performing teams and management fundamentals. I’ve also coached both leaders and teams from senior executives to frontline leaders. My approach equips leaders with increased self-awareness, including the impact of their behaviour on others, and situational adaptability. My team coaching experience has focused on building cohesive and productive leadership teams, enhancing their ability to lead culture change and business transformation.
