I am a pragmatic and passionate transformation, change and culture professional with extensive experience managing and coaching people teams in the delivery of business outcomes. This has been achieved by creating a safe environment and leading and empowering people to grow both professionally and personally.

My passion is coaching and helping people to be the ‘best you’. Be this through personal development, problem solving where they are ‘stuck’ or avoiding a situation. Coaching is held at all levels including individuals contemplating their leadership journey, those developing their skills or stuck in a situation they can’t solve or as a trusted sounding board/advisor for Executives.

I thrive on seeing people learn and grow and achieve things by exploring the possible. I enjoy working through situations that have been troubling and getting to a resolution and observe the sense of relief post our discussions.

Known for strong values, wicked sense of humour and wisdom I always take a pragmatic approach. People are at the centre of discussions whether it be coaching, performance management or managing change and I ensure as a human being, I am being human. I help organisations understand culture, its importance, how it evolves and the levers of change to improve, including the key role people play via their values and behaviours.

I hold formal coaching qualifications from the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership levels 1 & 2, National Coaching Institute- Executive coaching level 3, Life Coaching, PROSCI Change Management and DiSC as well as Bachelor degrees in Business (majoring in HR) and Behavioural Studies (Psych)
