She has worked nationally and internationally for and with organisations to significantly grow their business revenues, profits, people and customer value. As a Senior Executive she has held direct responsibility for business and international operations.

Michelle has a passion for people development and enhancing overall business performance. She helps individuals, teams and organisations navigate transformational change and achieve increased performance outcomes.

She believes business outcomes are reliant upon the clarity, focus, engagement and empowerment of individuals and teams within and draws on her extensive experiences to assist others to see beyond surface issues and act accordingly.

She works with Executives, Corporates, Managers and Teams to successfully plan, implement and evaluate change; improve workforce performance; align individual performance with strategic goals and develop leadership and management capabilities.

With significant experience in the development and implementation of business growth strategies and business franchising operations, Michelle works with SME Business owners to achieve their ideal business in terms of Income, Freedom and Scale.
