Her positive energy and high level of engagement, coupled with her knowledge of organisational dynamics and change management, allows her to navigate through transformations in an intuitive and professional manner.

BACKGROUND

Susannah is a Professional Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West in the USA and also holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from Columbia University, specialising in change management. She has spent the last 5 years privately coaching clients in San Francisco, London and Perth and has worked across multiple levels from Global Leaders to individuals investing in personal development. Susannah is able to draw on her corporate experience in New York and London, especially from her role as a Regional Learning Consultant across Europe, Middle East and Africa at Citigroup, London. In this position, Susannah was responsible for 5,000+ clients spanning over 50 countries so the ability to be both highly strategic and individually pragmatic and accountable was paramount. She worked with the senior most leaders of the Investment Banking and Global Transaction Services groups in order to align business strategy with people strategy. Her main projects involved building an employee learning curriculum from Analyst through to Managing Director level for the Investment Bank, which was then adopted globally. She coached new managers, facilitated leadership development programs and ran 360-degree feedback sessions. Her previous positions in HR for a digital advertising agency in New York (Neo@Ogilvy) built her capabilities in recruitment, change management, building high performance teams and implementing the importance of the right people in the right job at the right time.

Susannah also had the opportunity to spend several years raising her children, which was one of her most challenging roles to date. Although difficult at times, this experience improved her negotiation skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and overall patience and agility. It also exposed the necessity of a daily mindfulness practice into her life – as an attempt to find a much-needed moment or two of balance and calm.

MY WHY

I’ve always found great joy from working with people and helping others. There’s something rewarding about enabling another person to learn important truths about themselves and their behaviour, their goals and ways of being. I’m passionate about encouraging my clients to make positive changes in their lives that can lead to large shifts, not only for themselves, but also for those around them. I believe everyone deserves an opportunity to grow and develop.

HOW I WORK

As an Integral Coach, I view my clients as whole people. I engage with a combination of warmth and thoughtful directness, which enables me to meet my clients where they are right now and, together, we determine what shifts and changes might help to reach goals and future aspirations. My clients appreciate the passion and insightful expertise that I bring to my coaching relationships.

WHAT I DO

I try to empower individuals and groups of all ages and all leadership levels to make connections and uncover hidden strengths, leading to the possibility of more intentional behaviours and sustainable and balanced ways of being.

WHAT I LOVE

I love being outside in nature, ideally by the ocean. Exercise is an important part of my life and I try to walk my dog, enjoy yoga or run on a regular basis. Being mindful (sometimes in a micro-mindful burst) is a daily goal. Lastly but not least, spending time with my family and loved ones makes my heart happy.
