My Why
I enjoy helping people learn. I try to help people see the world through broader and different perspectives. This allows them to develop more robust solutions to their problems and their resilience so they can perform better, live balanced lives and achieve their goals.
How I work
I take a client focused approach. We work on what is important to each client. I provide a safe place to explore issues and offer questions, models, and perspectives to help increase their understanding of issues and their role in them, and then develop the solutions that are the best for them in their context.
Sometimes, we look at internal barriers, beliefs, and self-talk to see if clients can change their own narrative about what they can achieve.
What I do
I focus on expanding strategic and systems thinking; identifying derailing behaviours or thoughts; building self-confidence and resilience; developing self-insight, emotional intelligence and self-regulation; and building career strategies.
I also work on developing, techniques around communication, influence, assertiveness, leadership, and delegation.
What I love
I love working with people - watching them grow and develop new insights. I love constantly learning about different people’s journey and their experience, theories and new ways of seeing the world and about myself. I love my family, my kids and I love playing old rock songs.
