My Why

My passions include integral thinking and adult development (vertical development) psychology. Inside these are elegant guides for navigating complex change processes that challenge us to think and be with more awareness and flexibility in ourselves. It requires radical responsibility and self-reflection. Gradually, with practice, we can hold more complex perspectives faster and have greater impact moment to moment.

How I Work

I am curious, ask lots of questions and I listen, look for patterns, systems, gaps, ideas and what’s working well. I work collaboratively.

I hold the truth that whether working with an individual or an organisation, the answer to most things is there, waiting to be stirred. In the stirring my real work is done… Listening, sensing, understanding and figuring out what the right questions are.

What I Do

I offer performance and developmental coaching to individuals and teams with an interest in radical responsibility and developing greater reflective capacities. My coaching works best with people interested in immersing themselves in themselves and allowing what arises to emerge. For those who see the journey as essential to the result.

What I Love

I love my family, friends, nature, adventure, food, textiles, rugs, humour and the occasional day spa!
